On June 25, 2019, Kura Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). As of the close of business on April 26, 2019, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 38,184,547 shares of common stock outstanding, of which 29,155,724 shares of common stock were present in person or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting.
